Dear Mr. Aizin:
Your letter contains an error: Article 2, Section 2.4 nowhere mentions the provision that you claim in your letter, “that Board Members should serve until his or her successor shall be elected and qualified”.
If you believe that you misquoted it, please, give the correct reference to the Bylaws where these provisions are mentioned. Please supply your copy of the Bylaws for verification.
Due to this error and the other issues, addressed previously, your letter is invalid.
