Dependable Property Management: Anything But “Dependable” … Apparently, THEY DID NOT EVEN MAIL OUT THE NOTICES ABOUT THE MEETING OF MAY 22, 2023; and people learned about it only from the elevators placed notices.
Was this by design or the usual Russian sloppiness? This has to be investigated.
In general, my impression about this outfit was, that it is a bunch of overly self-confident and too loud at times Russian Mafiosi bookkeepers, for whom the STEAL is the highest art and vocation in life. They only confirmed my impression that this condo is in the clutches of the Brooklyn Russian Mob.
They will have to go, and the sooner the better.
