1. The Crazy Ms. Bishop And The Mythical “Board”
The situation when Ms. Bishop very likely was fraudulently elected, and then for 35 years was reappointed because of “no quorums”, most likely engineered by not mailing out the prior notices, is absolutely unacceptable. As one of the owners of this Condo I am entitled to see all the documentation related to its administration, including the information on the legal issues. Please mail, email or publish on line your entire service agreement, including your fees and payments arrangements.
