It became clear from one of the most recent incidents of the ceiling damage that it very likely is the result of the leak from the floor above, from the incorrectly installed through-the-wall air conditioner and its old sleeve, namely the lack of the safe tilt outside for the drainage of the condensate.
Dear Residents! Please pay attention and consider these matters! These problems have to be corrected. It is easier to prevent them than to deal with the disasters, for everyone.
In the winter time the leaks from the heating system have to be checked for and fixed.
