Please present the incontrovertible evidence that your apparent client Grace Bishop is indeed the member of the 2900 Ocean Condominium Board of Directors, the timeline of her service for the past 35 years, years of her and the rest of the Board elections with their results, and the proves that the prior notices were mailed out by the property management companies at that time. Please also present the proves that such a claimed Board of Directors really exists, with their full membership, names, addresses, etc. the minutes of their meetings, and the roster of their activities.
If such incontrovertible proves are not presented, it is logical to conclude that Ms. Bishop is not a member of the Board, and no such Board exists. And if Ms. Bishop is not the member of the Board, she has no right to spend the condo’s money on her personal legal issues, such as the one that you presented in your letter of June 29, 2023.
